Store Pick-up

Our Store Pick Up option offers you the convenience of placing an order on gvt.net and picking up your order at one of our stores located in Littleton, CO, or Platteville, Colorado. This feature saves you shipping charges, expedites check-out time at our store. Place your order on gvt.net, then come by the store of your choice, and we will get you loaded up.

Here is how it works. Just follow these easy steps:
  1. Place your order on gvt.net.
  2. Choose the store pick-up option at checkout and select your desired store location for order pickup either in Littleton or Platteville.
  3. You will receive a series of two email messages. First, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you’ll receive a store pick-up notification when your order is ready for pick up. Not all items are stocked at our Platteville store, so pick-up time can be 24 to 48 hours. All items are eligible for store to pick up.
  4. Bring your store pick-up notification email, your order number, and a government-issued photo ID to the store you chose when checking out and we will have your order ready to be picked up and loaded.

Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by the customer when placing an order during the store’s regular operating hours and only for orders confirmed via in-store pickup order Notification email.

Canceling an Order

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you need to return any item(s), let us know. For your convenience, you can cancel items by contacting gvt.net customer service at 303 798-6764 during our Littleton, CO business hours or (Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain time)

Returning an Order

To return any item(s), please refer to Green Valley Turf Companies’ current return policy. If the item is returnable, simply bring the item and your order receipt with you to the location you purchased.
