We just had our water-gulping Kentucky Bluegrass replaced with Tahoma-31. The GVT team did a superb job, carefully doing soil prep that puts the original version to shame and tailoring the sod cuts to fit perfectly. The curve sidewalk even has beautifully matched curved pieces on its border. They even raised several of our sprinkler heads for better performance. Amazing. What we were not ready for was the show these guys put on! A team of 12 pros converged on the house, and we ended up watching the entire installation because they had such a coordinated approach that the whole thing looked choreographed. It turns out these guys have been working together for 15 years, and it shows. At one point a team member even walked around and passed out snacks that were consumed without breaking the pace.
